Ripple & Root Therapy

The name Ripple & Root reflects a core belief in my work: life creates ripples—through relationships, experiences, and unexpected challenges—but healing happens when we remain rooted, grounded, and connected to ourselves.

Therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about creating space for growth, insight, and meaningful change at your own pace.

Individual therapy rooted in safety, growth, and care, serving Summit County and Colorado.

Rooted in safety, connection, and trust with space to explore life's challenges at your own pace.

My name is Casey Donohoe, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado.

I have spent many years working in the mental health field and feel deeply honored to walk alongside individuals during some of life’s most challenging seasons.

Individual Therapy

A collaborative space to explore life’s challenges, build self-awareness, and develop tools for navigating stress, transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions are grounded in safety, trust, and connection.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma-informed approach that helps process difficult experiences and reduce their ongoing impact. This work supports healing while staying rooted in stability and care.

Clinical Supervision

Thoughtful, supportive supervision for therapists seeking growth, clarity, and confidence in their clinical work. Casey offers a reflective space to explore cases and deepen understanding of therapeutic relationships.

Serving Summit County & Colorado

Ripple & Root Therapy is rooted in Summit County, offering in-person therapy in Breckenridge, Colorado for those who value face-to-face connection in a quiet, supportive setting.

I have been a Summit County resident for over 16 years and am passionate about supporting this community with compassionate, accessible, and authentic care. My therapeutic approach centers on meeting people where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and walking alongside them on their journey toward healing and stability.

For added flexibility, virtual therapy is available to clients throughout Colorado, making it easier to access care from the comfort of your own space. Whether you live locally, travel frequently, or prefer the convenience of telehealth, therapy can be structured in a way that supports your lifestyle.

(ABOUT ME)

Hi, I’m Casey, a licensed clinical social worker in Summit County, Colorado.

Congratulations on seeking out support for yourself or your loved one!

Taking the step to engage in therapeutic services can often be the scariest, yet bravest thing a human can do. I believe that therapy is a mutual and cohesive journey; with the client in charge of their pathway. Because no two humans are alike, no two treatment pathways will be alike either.

I am well-versed in meeting people where they are at, listening with a non-judgmental ear, providing unconditional positive regard, and creating a safe space for healing and processing.
